Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on items within 30 days receipt. All items must be returned undamaged, unused, unworn, in the condition you received it, and with original Scout Supply Co. packaging included. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please send us a message below  including order number and reason for return. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send back your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We reserve the right to reject returned items that are not in compliance with the aforementioned return policy and will send back to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense. 

Exchanges are only eligible on defective or damaged items. If you have received a defective or damaged item, please message us and we will work to make the situation right. 

International Orders (outside of US): Unfortunately we are unable to provide a return shipping label. Return cost is at the expense of the customer. 

Exceptions and non-returnable items: Unfortunately we do not accept returns on customized or sale items at this time.

 

A note on color variability: 

We do our best to accurately represent the colors of our products, however given natural variability in leather tanning as well as variability among computer monitor’s displays, we cannot guarantee an exact match.
